PHILLIPS ASSOCIATES strongly believes that classroom instruction is best suited
to prepare you to take the examination because of the interaction between
students and instructor. That interaction is vital to understanding the context
of insurance. Still, Internet instruction is provided to those where a classroom
offering is not convenient to their schedule. Internet Pre-Licensing instruction
may also be helpful to those who already have an insurance license seeking to
